Our Menu
Our healthy and macro friendly recipes are created with families in mind. Each of the meal prep meals can be stored in the freezer and comes with simple cooking instructions. The meals can be cooked in a slow cooker, pressure cooker, skillet, or oven.
Our menu changes every month! During our classes, we make two of each of the ten recipes of the month. The new recipes of the month can be viewed on the 1st of the month before. For example, the November menu will be posted on the October 1st.
